Tlaook Cultural Adventures

Tlaook Cultural Adventures is located in Tofino, BC on the edge of Clayoquot Sound. First Nations owned and operated, Tlaook Cultural Adventures offers outdoor experiences by traditional Nuu-chah-nulth Dugout canoes. We operate our tours within the territory of the Tla-o-qui-aht people, who are part of the Nuu-chah-nulth language group. This group, consisting of 14 tribal bands, inhabits the west coast of Vancouver Island and the most northern tip of Washington State. On our cultural adventures, guests will paddle the calm waters of Clayoquot Sound while embracing the culture of the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nations people. A variety of expeditions are available, from the two-hour Harbour Explorer Tour to a full-day adventure in Clayoquot Sound. This is a true cultural experience set in one of the most stunning areas on the West Coast.
