Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre

The Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre is a new attraction in Whistler showcasing the living cultures of the Squamish and Lil'wat First Nations. Meet with Squamish and Lil'wat people; experience our culture through exhibits, art, food, language, interactive activities and engaging performances, in our traditional territory, in a magnificent forest and mountain setting. The exhibits tell of our long history in the territory, of our relationship to the land, and all that lies within it. Take a self-guided tour, strike up a conversation with our Squamish and Lil'wat hosts or with a resident artist and explore our precious historical artifacts in our Class A exhibit space. Travel through time and get a glimpse of our territory through the magic of film in our 80-seat theatre. Join us in song and dance. Celebrate our arts and culture with us. Open June 21, 2008. Located in Whistler's upper village at 4584 Blackcomb Way.
