Ruby Creek Art Gallery
The Ruby Creek Art Gallery, located in the Fraser Valley community of Agassiz, is committed to promoting the work of the finest contemporary Northwest Native American and Regional Contemporary Artists. The gallery features an extraordinary collection of Pacific Northwest Native Art, including native masks and soapstone carvings, ceremonial items, artist-designed jewelry, bentwood boxes, pottery, bronze and copper sculptures, glass art, and fiber arts. We are particularly proud of our collection of Native Masks, which have been part of dance regalia and traditional ceremonies in Native Aboriginal Culture since ancient times. The most renowned native mask-makers were the Northwest Coast Indians, who carved elaborate cedar dance masks. On occasion we have gallery signings and gallery appearances of our artists. We invite you to visit our gallery when you are traveling through our region or you may purchase art on-line from our website.
