Native Indian Fishing & Feast Adventure (5 hours)

This tour is a rare educational experience that focuses on the local Native Indian culture. We will experience traditional fishing ‘native style’ referred to as dip-netting. This is a unique first-hand experience with your local First Nation guide. For lunch guests can share in a traditional salmon feast along with special treats and learn about ancient medicinal and sustenance techniques of the Chilcotin Indians. Enjoy a short hike to old village sites that remain from the ancient tribes. View Petroglyphs and Pictographs while keeping an eye open for eagles, bighorn sheep, bears and spectacular canyon scenery as you connect with a culture that brings you back to nature. Some wild river rapids are part of this exclusive tour. Bring your camera. Traditional lunch and bottled water included.
