Xat'sull Heritage Village celebrates BC's 150th birthday and shares with the world our story and culture!

Become a part of a unique cultural experience – BC150 Rivermania, celebrating the culture and Peoples of the Fraser River and its Peoples. From salmon to gold, furs to timber, the communities along the Fraser have been built on the richness given by the river. The Mighty Fraser River runs alongside the Xat'sull Heritage Village and has played an integral role in the community for millennia. Our Centre emanates the mystic experience of over 4,000 years of authentic First Nation culture and habitation at this site!

Come join the festivities and experience our spiritual, cultural, and traditional way of life.

Admission is free. There may be a nominal fee for some activities.

9 am Buses leave Williams Lake for Xats’ull Heritage Village

10 am Welcoming and pit cook demo

11 am Take part in one of the following activities: Dip-netting, Hide tanning, Salmon prep, Craft projects, Kids games, Village tours, Story telling.

1 pm Lunch

2 pm Take part in one of the following activities: Dip-netting, hade tanning, Salmon prep, Craft projects, Kids games, Village tours, Story telling.

4 pm Traditional Feast and Fashion Show “Living Life on the Rocky Edge”

5 pm Buses leave for Williams Lake
