The next morning your guide with Takaya Tours will pick you up to commence your journey into the past and present of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation. The Tsleil-Waututh have travelled the waters of their traditional territory surrounding Vancouver since time immemorial.

Enjoy a guided two-hour interpretive paddle in a Coast Salish canoe. Explore the rich marine ecosystem while experiencing Coast Salish culture. Gently paddle the protected waters of Burrard Inlet and pristine Indian Arm. Your experienced guide will share customs and history through traditional songs and legends. It is Tsleil-Waututh culture to honour and respect  all visitors. Your guide is looking forward to a lively conversation with you about the way of life on the coast, past and present!
